Private & Virtual Private
Private + Semi-Private Sessions allow you to dive deeper into your practice. Sessions are available in yoga, Pilates and Balleticise or any combination of the three. Meg will tailor each session to your specific goals and interests. Whether your goal is to lose, weight, reduce stress, recover from an injury or illness or simply to have individualized attention, private sessions are a great option.
Semi-Private Sessions are for 2-4 people in a 60 minute session. Here you will have the customizable session of a private with the camaraderie of an intimate group class.
Virtual Private Sessions are the same as private or semi-private only through video sent via email and customized based on your health & fitness goals.
